Flower honey, composed of nectars from flowers blossoming at a particular period of time in a particular floral place. İt has a predominant nectar or a particular mix of flora that gives it a recognizable flavor. Flower honey gathered from the nectars of various types of flowers which grow in Caucasus such as blackthorn, clover, thistle and acacia.

May honey, with quite mild and delicate flavor, is collected from natural plants in early summer (May-June). Due to the variety of healing properties, this honey is very useful, especially for children.
