1. General Provisions

  • Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.
  • Customers have the right to return products by complying with the conditions specified below.

2. Conditions for Returning Products of Proper Quality

  • Products of proper quality (honey, beekeeping products, etc.) cannot be returned if:
    o The product has been opened or used.
    o The original packaging is damaged.
    o The expiration date matches what is indicated on the packaging.
  • Exception: If the wrong product was delivered (e.g., a different type of honey than
    ordered).

3. Conditions for Returning Products of Improper Quality

  • Returns are possible if:
    o The product is spoiled (e.g., mold, incorrect texture of honey).
    o The expiration date has passed by the time the product is received.
    o There are manufacturing defects.
  • Mandatory conditions:
    o The product must be returned in its original packaging.

4. Return Timeframe

  • Customers can submit a request for a return or exchange within 14 days (or another specified period) from the date of receiving the order.

5. Return Process

  2. Specify the reason for the return and attach photos of the product (in case of improper
    quality).
  3. After reviewing your request and confirming the issue, we will organize:
    o Product replacement.
    o Refund (if replacement is not possible).
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
