Flower honey, composed of nectars from flowers blossoming at a particular period of
time in a particular floral place. İt has a predominant nectar or a particular mix of flora
that gives it a recognizable flavor. Flower honey gathered from the nectars of various
types of flowers which grow in Caucasus such as blackthorn, clover, thistle and acacia.

This type of honey is useful for kidney and liver diseases because of thistle.
It is also recommended for women because of clover’s nectar. Clover contains similar
ingredients to female hormones called “estrogen”. These ingredients reduce unpleasant
symptoms of climactic, normalize blood pressure, and help the women to make climax
easier.
Clover has antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-fungal and viral effect. It is also boosts
immunity.
