This type of honey collected from the nectar of Lankaran acacia called "Silk Rose" is a
product of Hirkan reserve. Silk acacia (lat. Albizia julibrissin), which is included in the
“Red Book” of Azerbaijan as a rare and relict plant, is naturally distributed and protected
in the mountainous part of Lankaran, in the territory of Hirkan National Park.
